You don't need a rigid schedule, you just need to understand your baby.

Sleep in the newborn phase can be disorienting, frustrating, and exhausting. This class is here to help you find your footing—without rigid rules or sleep training.

What You’ll Learn

  • How newborn sleep works
Understand what’s biologically normal in the early months, so you can stop second-guessing every nap and wake-up.

  • When sleep gets easier (and when it doesn’t)
Get a clear roadmap of how sleep changes from birth through 4 months—and why it doesn’t always follow the textbook.

  • How to support sleep without sleep training
Learn responsive, developmentally appropriate ways to encourage rest for your baby—and yourself.

  • How to stay grounded through the sleep fog
This isn’t just about baby sleep—it’s about you, too. We’ll talk about ways to stay emotionally regulated and make aligned choices, even when you’re running on empty.

Why This Class

There’s no shortage of baby sleep advice out there—and honestly, that’s part of the problem.

Most newborn sleep classes are hyper-structured and outcome-focused. They tell you what to do without helping you understand why it matters—or why it might not work for your baby. You’re expected to follow the routine perfectly, and if a feeding runs long or your baby has an off day, it feels like the whole plan falls apart.

That kind of pressure doesn’t work in real life, and it definitely doesn’t work in the newborn phase.

This class is different.

It gives you a clear understanding of how newborn sleep actually works, without asking you or your baby to be perfect.

You’ll learn how to create consistent rhythms that support rest, while still making room for real life.

Think of it like the 80/20 rule:

We aim for consistency, not rigidity—so when life inevitably happens, you have solid routine to come back to, instead of feeling like you’re starting from scratch.

This approach is:

  • Flexible—not strict or schedule-obsessed
  • Grounded in real-world experience—not just theory
  • Centered on connection—not control

If you're looking for guidance that honors both your baby’s development and your own capacity as a parent, you’ll feel at home here.

About your instructor

Working as a newborn care specialist (“night nurse”) and integrative sleep consultant, I didn’t just read about newborn sleep—I lived it, night after night, for seven years.

I spent countless hours trying different sleep strategies with different babies from a wide variety of families. Some things worked wonders for one baby but fell flat with another. Through this hands-on experience, I learned what works consistently for most babies, what only works in certain cases, and what doesn’t work at all—and more importantly, why.

This wasn’t about finding a one-size-fits-all solution; it was about deeply understanding the nuances of sleep, babies, and the real-life challenges families face.
I made mistakes, adjusted, and kept learning—so you don't have to start from scratch.

Everything you’ll learn in this course is distilled from years of real-world experience, not just theory.
Because every baby is different, and every family deserves a flexible, grounded approach that fits.
